Control Plane Kafka
The Kafka interface summarizes the activities that involve Kafka and related brokers.
Navigate to Kafka
Follow these steps to get to the Kafka interface:

Click the Control Plane tab, and then the Kafka option in the drop-down menu.

Use the Control Plane for Kafka
The control plane for Kafka has the following affordances:

Click
to add new panels to the interface. -
Overall interval. The default is Last 5 minutes. Click the drop-down to use the time picker and select the appropriate time interval.

Refresh display: click
(Refresh) to update the display. -
Use the orgId selector to show data from All monitored organizations, or only one of them.

Use the target selector to show data from All monitored targets, or only one of them.

Use the namespace selector to show data from All monitored namespaces, or only one of them.

Use the topic selector to show data for All Kafka topics, or select one of the topics from the drop-down.

Use the partition selector to show data for All Kafka partitions, or select one of the numbered partitions from the drop-down.
