ASM Filters
You can apply filters to all services in the Services, and Service Map interfaces.
ASM uses these filter categories:
- Telemetry type

Uses Advanced Service Monitoring
- Error

Filters on the status of the service:

false if it is error-free

true if it is throwing errors

- Cloud

Filters on various attributes of cloud-based services.
Includes availability zone, cloud account id, instance type, project, and region.
- Container

Filters on the attributes of container services.
You can run containers on Docker, EC2/Baremetal, and so on.
Includes container id.
- Kubernetes

Filters on the attributes of Kubernetes services.
Includes display container name, image name, image tag, kube cluster name, kube container name, kube cronjob, kube daemon set, kube deployment, kube job, kube namespace, kube node, kube replica set, kube service, kube stateful set, and pod name.
- pg

Enables you to filter on the details and values of the pg protocol.
- query type

Represents the type or category of a query performed on a database or data store, such as
SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE, orDELETE.Select or deselect the values depending on your requirements. You may also see a filter for unknown, when the data stream does not specify the origination query.
- table name
-
Refers to the name of a specific table within a database or data store where data is organized and stored.
Select or deselect the available values to view services on one or more tables.
- Custom
-
Filters that Kloudfuse extracts from the data in the incoming time series.
