Metrics

Kloudfuse Platform supports high cardinality metrics from hundreds of sources, including infrastructure (node cpu, memory, disk, and so on), Kubernetes, services like Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Postgres, MySQL, diverse web-native applications, and many more. With particular reference to application metrics, our solution is very cost-effective compared with initial outlay of time and resources to build custom data ingestion on many other observability platforms.

Kloudfuse has a native integration with popular cloud platforms AWS, GCP, and Azure. It ingests high cardinality metrics from applications at low cost. See Metric source integration.

The Kloudfuse platform has a built-in Grafana server that enables you to explore metrics through the PromQL interface; alternatively, you can configure it as a data source in an existing external Grafana installation. See Grafana Metrics.

We built Kloudfuse has a native UI for exploring your metrics. We designed it for users who prefer a simpler interface that enables you to explore the metrics and provides many functions to model modern DevOps patterns.

To access the Metrics UI, click the Metrics tab in the UI header. Our metrics interface offers three different patterns for exploring data:

  • Metrics Explorer

Enables the user to perform ad-hoc analysis of any metric by charting the time series data for a selected range of time and dimensions.

  • Metrics Summary

Provides a concise view of all metrics ingested by the system, along with all tags and their possible values within the selected time range.

  • Metrics Cardinality Analytics

Enables you to rapidly analyze high cardinality fields and identify specific issues and their causes, leading to effective observability.

The main Metrics interface is the Metrics Explorer interface.
