Service Detail Report

The Report on the service contains the information on its performance, and its performance with respect to the registered SLAs.

Performance

To see the Performance report, click the Report tab, and select Performance from the drop-down.

Report performance

This section of the Service page provides the following information and affordances:

Performance report
  1. The Spans menu controls the measurements that appear in the Metrics list.

  2. Refresh display: click Refresh (Refresh) to update the display.

  3. The list of Metrics, which lists the metric influenced by the service, and its values in the Past 24 hours, Previous 24 hours, and a 7 day average.

SLA

To see the performance against identified SLAs, click the Report tab, and select SLA from the drop-down.

This section of the Service page provides the following information and affordances:

  1. Click the Period selector to switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports on SLA performance.

  2. Refresh display: click Refresh (Refresh) to update the display.

  3. The list of Metrics, which lists the metric calculated for the specified Period.
